What is SkillHelp?

The SkillHelp project - Support for Development of Social Workers' Skills – coordinated by the Polish partner Euro Lider, is funded by the ERASMUS+ program of the European Union and submitted under KA220-ADU - Cooperation partnerships in adult education, with project reference 2021-1-PL01-KA220-ADU-000035104.

The SkillHelp project objectives are to create upskilling pathways, improve accessibility, and increase take-up of adult education, while also improving social workers' soft skills and professional competencies. SkillHelp tries to increase awareness about the importance of soft skills in the field of social work.

We aim to do so through the implementation of the project’s three intellectual outputs:

An online diagnostic tool for the assessment of social workers’ soft skills, such as empathy, building personal relations, communication, mediation and conflict resolution.

An eLearning platform fostering the improvement of soft skills, which will host both the diagnostic tool for soft skills assessment and the SkillHelp online course.

An online course designed to provide social workers with digital guides and materials to help them improve the critical soft skills required to work with people at risk of social exclusion.
